Tuesdays & Thursdays 10:00-11:00am 

A first and only of it's kind in Calgary!  This class is a great way to get your child involved in a physical activity that trains them both physically and mentally.   In a fun and safe environment, children will learn Brazilian Jiu Jitsu while also learning Breathwork and Yoga postures.  

With a strong focus on the fundamentals movements of  both Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Yoga, this combination class teaches children the importance of learning a Self Defense while also understanding and listening to the body, recognizing the importance of the breath and how it benefits us on a mental and physical level, and how to combine the two to benefit us on all levels.  


This class promotes a healthy self-confidence, a positive attitude,  discipline, respect, problem-solving, and many other beneficial developmental qualities such as balance, coordination, focus, and self-control.  Through practical and playful teachings the children learn valuable life skills, while building friendships, and of course, having fun!  

Classes are taught by Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Black Belts, Professor Diana Trang (also Certified Yoga Teacher) and Professor Anderson Goncalves.
