Yin Yoga has gone online - AS A MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION PROGRAM!
Yin Yoga is a style of yoga that targets the connective tissues of the body (tendons, fascia, and ligaments) through slow and long-held stretches. These poses, which are generally held for 3-5 minutes, assists in increasing circulation to the joints and improving flexibility. Due to the stillness in the poses, we see this as a great opportunity to focus on the Breath, thus activating the meditative side of the practice.
No experience is required. Classes uploaded will consider all experience levels and will show modifications, should they be needed.
How it works:
1. Register and pay for your spot here.
2. Receive a link and password to access your classes.
2. Each Monday a new class will be uploaded for the week.
4. Do this class from home AT ANY TIME and AS MANY TIMES as you wish!

About the Intructor:
Diana Trang is a Certified Yoga Teacher, teaching adults and children both in-person and online. She is also a Certified Meditation/Breathwork Teacher, certified in Ginastica Natural (Natural Body Movement), and a Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Diana takes inspiration from all her various skills. She believe that movement is medicine and it's more than just a physical expression of ourselves, but also a great way to release stress, improve strength/flexibility/agility/coordination - alll while also supporting our nervous system health.
