About the Event
An exciting collaboration between Satori Wellness Studio and the Women's Centre (University of Manitoba).
This will be a 3-part course via Zoom from 10:00 am to 11:15 am. The date for the courses are March 19 and 26 and April 2.

The Women’s Centre will be hosting a free Self-Defense course taught by Diana Trang, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu black belt, self defense instructor and coach, from Satori Wellness Studio.
Participants will learn fundamental self defense concepts based on Brazilian jiu jitsu to gain confidence in knowing how to defend oneself when it comes to common types of street attacks.
We recommended to work in pairs.
