Have you been wanting to learn about meditation? Techniques for a healthy self-care practice? How do you manage your stress? Are you taking care of yourself daily?
In this 2-hour workshop, participants can expect to be learning techniques that can be implemented right away- techniques that can be used for daily life- for healthy self-care, for better daily performance, and/or to optimize for sport.
Whether you’re a working professional, work in the trades, front-line worker, stay-at-home parent, single parent, or all of the above - or more - this workshop is for everyone.
You can expect that we will, not only, be learning the techniques themselves, but we will also be covering the science behind meditation and breathwork, the brain and body connection, how to incorporate it into daily life, AND the benefits of it on mental health, physical health, hormone health - and overall well-being.
No previous experience required. Open to all. Both in-person and online opportunities to participate. Space limited. Registration link in bio.
