ABOUT THE CLASS:

In this restorative flow class, participants can expect a gentle and flowing practice -great for the whole array of experience levels.  It is great for beginners, but also, for those with prior yoga knowledge and experience.

A gentle yet effective class focused on fascia, mindfulness and functional movement that will include nervous system regulation along with breath practices to establish equilibrium and well being within the body and mind. This class is trauma informed and suitable for all abilities.

No experience is required.  Classes consider all experience levels and will show modifications, should they be needed.

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR:

Mellisa has been guiding yoga classes for 8 years. She has 800 hours of yoga therapy training and specializes in fascia and the nervous system regulation. She is passionate about sharing the healing benefits of yoga and mindfulness as a way to heal and lead a life of presence and peace.
